AGREEMENT/LIABILITY

Drop in visits (distance dependent - applies to 10 mile radius from our home base) - start at $25/visit (3+ dogs additional $10/visit)
If distance is greater than 10 miles from our home base, there will be an additional fee per visit.
There will be an additional $5 fee per visit for the following holidays: Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Labor Day, July 4th and Memorial Day. This fee will be applied to the day before, the day of, and the day after the holiday.
Overnights in your home - $100/night (includes morning walk and evening walk) Additional visits will be an extra drop in visit fee.
Breeders/Homes with multiple unaltered animals - we must schedule a meet and greet in order to give you an accurate estimate for care.
Homes with multiple species of animals - we must schedule a meet and greet in order to give you an accurate estimate for care.

Bee Happy Animal Care and Transport reserves the right to change service fees at any point. You will be notified of any changes.

Bee Happy Animal Care and Transport, LLC is not responsible for

missing keys if they have been instructed to leave a key in a pre determined spot at last visit.

This agreement is between Bee Happy Animal Care and Transport, LLC (including its agents, and/or representatives) and

(hereinafter referred to as "client").

1) Client agrees that the provisions of this form are valid approval for future services of any purpose provided by Bee Happy Animal Care and Transport, LLC at the above listed address and for the above listed animal(s). This agreement will remain valid and in effect for as long as the undersigned remains a Bee Happy Animal Care and Transport, LLC client permitting Bee Happy Animal Care and Transport LLC to accept telephone, and email reservation requests for services and enter Client premises without additional signed contracts or written authorization.

2) Client understands that all animals being cared for by Bee Happy Animal Care and Transport, LLC must be up to date on a Rabies vaccine according to North Carolina Law. Client will provide Bee Happy Animal Care and Transport, LLC with proof of Rabies vaccine before start of service.

3) Bee Happy Animal Care and Transport, LLC reserves the right to terminate service at any time before or during pet sits, if Bee Happy Animal Care and Transport, LLC in its sole discretion, determines that Client's animal and/or home poses a danger to the health or safety of Bee Happy Animal Care and Transport, LLC. If concerns prevent Bee Happy Animal Care and Transport, LLC from caring for animal(s), Client authorizes animal(s) to be placed in a boarding kennel, with all charges from there on to be charged to client. Bee Happy Animal Care and Transport, LLC will attempt to reach Client and all provided emergency numbers before animal is placed in a boarding kennel.

4) As a courtesy to Bee Happy Animal Care and Transport, LLC and to ensure Bee Happy Animal Care and Transport, LLC is able to professionally provide services to your animal(s) and home without inconvenience, the service address should be kept in a clean and orderly condition during the service dates.

5) This agreement constitutes permission to enter the above listed address and perform duties as stated in the agreement.

6) Client expressively gives Bee Happy Animal Care and Transport, LLC the authority to employ a locksmith on their behalf and to reimburse Bee Happy Animal Care and Transport, LLC promptly upon their return for all costs incurred in the event of malfunction of the lock, keys or automatic door opener.

7) If any friends/neighbors/family members will be entering your home while it is under our care, Bee Happy Animal Care and Transport, LLC must be notified in advance. For safety reasons, Bee Happy Animal Care and Transport, LLC will not enter an occupied home under any circumstances if we have not been notified in advance, nor will we allow entry to any person we have not been made aware of. Bee Happy Animal Care and Transport, LLC will not be held responsible for any damage incurred to your home or animal(s) by said visitors. It is understood that anyone with access to the home will be notified of the Bee Happy Animal Care and Transport, LLC presence and vice versa. The police will be called on all intruders or suspicious acts without exception.

8) Client agrees to provide Bee Happy Animal Care and Transport, LLC with a phone number of where they can be reached while away. Client will also provide two (2) phone numbers of additional persons to contact who are authorized to handle any major problems that may occur while away. If Client, or the additional contacts provided by Client cannot be reached, Client agrees to accept any decision Bee Happy Animal Care and Transport, LLC makes in regards to their animal's care or Client's property.

9) The Client understands that they are solely responsible for any harm caused by their animal(s) while the animal(s) is/are attending walks, being watched, or participating in any other activities with Bee Happy Animal Care and Transport, LLC.

10) Client understands that if expected to walk dogs outside of a fenced in area while in their care, for safety reasons, Bee Happy Animal Care and Transport, LLC will only walk dogs on slip leads provided by them. Slip leads are made to prevent dogs from slipping out of them, unlike harnesses and collars, which a dog can back out of.

11) While Client's animal(s) is/are in the care and custody of Bee happy Animal Care and Transport LLC, if the Client is unreachable in the event of an emergency, Client authorizes Bee Happy Animal Care and Transport, LLC, its agents, and/or representatives to seek immediate veterinary care for above listed animals. Client agrees to be financially responsible for any and all costs in connection with veterinary care, medical care or other treatment.

12) Bee Happy Animal Care and Transport, LLC agrees to provide the services stated in this agreement in a reliable, caring and trustworthy manner. In consideration of these services and as an express condition thereof, the Client expressly waives and relinquishes any and all claims against Bee Happy Animal Care and Transport, LLC except those arising from negligence of the pet sitter. Client agrees to notify Bee Happy Animal Care and Transport, LLC of any concerns within 24 hours of return

Bee Happy Animal Care and Transport, LLC will attempt to contact _______________________________________ (Client name) as soon as medical care is deemed necessary. However, in the event the Client cannot be reached immediately, Client authorizes the above listed hospital and its staff to treat the above listed animals. Client will be responsible for payment of any fees as stated below.
